I’m thrilled to introduce you to Trekquilo, your ultimate destination for trekking and travel experiences. 

I’ve spent the last 8 years exploring the wildest and wackiest of what our world has to offer. Admittedly, most of these adventures were completed solo. This is largely due to the difficulty of planning and executing expeditions that lie outside the realms of popular tourist destinations. Despite that, I developed a deep love for the solitude and self-discovery that hiking offers.

But as much as I enjoyed those moments of quiet in nature, I also grew frustrated by how inaccessible many of these beautiful locations were to others. When I looked at traditional travel agencies, I saw high markups and little concern for the local communities and environments concerned. I wanted to change that.

That’s why I started Trekquilo, a hiking and adventure community with a mission to make these gems more accessible without the steep prices and exploitative practices. Our goal is to bring you closer to nature, not just as a brief escape, but as a way to slow down and find balance in what is an increasingly busy world. 

At Trekquilo, we believe hiking is much more than just putting one foot in front of the other. It is a way to roam, reflect and reconnect.
